Championed Oregon’s Fiber-to-the-Node (FTTN) project and state wide DSL deployment plans, handling multimillion dollar technological collaborations. Launched DSL public awareness campaigns through information transfer and launching of performance-based compensation plans to sales teams. Engaged sales teams and field technicians by educating and supporting their sales efforts. Succeded in resolving hundreds of customer service issue escalations forwarded internally.
