Conduct biweekly team meetings along with monthly Communication Meeting to discuss the prior months performance Establish an inclusive and positive team oriented work environment Strive to improve delinquency and reduce Net Credit Losses by performing adhoc audits on - first payment defaults, early repos, and fraud incidents Implement, directs and monitors lending policies and procedures in accordance with company guidelines Analyze loan data reports for corrective actions Developments and training plans for direct reports through feedback, coaching and support - Managing 11 direct reports
