- Led 30+ military and civilian craftsmen maintaining all HVAC/R equipment and associated components - Conducted and recorded training, counseled personnel, resolved grievances, ensured safe work practices according to Air Force Instructions and applicable regulations - Oversaw/performed planning, inspection, installation, operation, modification repair and maintenance on a variety of Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration systems - Oversaw/administered corrosion control, seasonal overhaul and recurring maintenance on all assigned systems - Ensured strict compliance with environmental regulations governing fuels, refrigerant and hazardous waste materials
