Cultivate the organization’s revenue, customer loyalty, and community support through planning, promoting, and executing corporate and community events. Directed both revenue-driven and fundraising efforts for community organizations. Effectively research key demographics and spending habits of target markets to aid the sales team in delivering powerful messages. Develop and deliver innovative presentations to potential clients. Conduct extensive research, including competitor analysis. Collaborate with internal and external sources to analyze data and determine the impact on target markets. Recently, took on the additional responsibility of Regional Affiliate Program Director for the Scholastic Art & Writing Awards, a national competition. • Successfully integrated new products into the current workflow while streamlining processes and resources utilized. • Selected to represent the company with the United Way program. • Gained advertisers and customers through effectively transforming raw statistical data into profitable marketing plans. • Developed successful presentations, resulting in new accounts with increased advertising revenue of up to $45,000 per account. • Awarded to “Top Performers Club” – 2 consecutive years.
