Daily Duties at Arby's Franchise Association:

Provided leadership and direction to a team of 7 marketing professionals. Developed brand marketing strategies and annual marketing plans which led to 6 consecutive years of positive comp sales growth. Worked with Field Team to “sell-in” national and local programs to co-ops and diverse franchise groups. Worked closely with operators to evaluate impact of marketing programs specific to customer service and profitability.
