Daily Duties at First Data:

Responsible for all aspects of lead generation and new customer acquisition for our Call Center team. While helping the company achieve record sales within the first quarter, I was able to increase our teams efficiencies; as well as implement new Quality Control standards. My team was a staff of 32 inside sales representatives and 2 supervisors.
