Daily Duties at Global Business Financial:

Responsible for the reengineering of the Merchant Services division including all departments (Administrative, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Tech Support, Instillation, Finance, and Reporting.) With implementation of modernized reporting and tracking systems the team was able to reduce staff by 30% while increasing production by 80%. The production increase also caused a large boost in team morale and work ethic. My team was a staff of 75 employees, which included two Department Managers and 11 Supervisors.
