• Coordinated and transferred new products from development center in Minnesota, USA to start mass production in Thailand. • Developed capacity planning, negotiated, reviewed and ordered tooling/machines from vendors for transferred products. • Performed time studies on production equipments and man-operations to help optimize production and man-hours per unit of product. • Responsible for increasing productivity through combined work steps, removing non-value added tasks, adding automation and the development of effective work practices. • Performed ergonomics design to reduce CTD (Cumulative trauma disorder) in operators and improved working station by modifying working area, tools, and machines to support human body. • Assessed risk factors of all operations in production to evaluate risk, and injury related ergonomic problems. • Applied six-sigma methodology by using statistical techniques to improve capacity for mass production and save costs for the company. • Analyzed potential demands and simulated production cost analysis for future products. • Experienced in HDA (Head Disk Assembly) and cleanroom practices.
