Daily Duties at Pcdi:
• General HR duties • Training New hires in both basic and advanced Customer Service skills, software package, and telephony skills • Providing customer service to students through the progression of training • Developed system tracking for equipment in addition to general office duties • Managed academic and administrative records for training and department operations. • Worked as the liaison between supervisor and management. • Provided Quality Assurance and policy enforcement of Training Facility regulations • Maintain supply cores, tracked equipment, set up and implemented SOP & MOPS, delivered monthly, quarterly, and weekly reports. • Troubleshooting customer complaints with company guidelines
