Daily Duties at Georgia Power Company:

Duties include but are not limited to: processing and maintaining expense reports, purchasing card data, timesheets, Integrated Transmission System billing, crew availability reports, and fuel reports. Answering/directing internal and external telephone calls, planning/coordinating meetings, handling travel arrangements, processing invoices, maintaining calendars, maintaining employee and office files in compliance with Southern Company Retention schedule, ordering and maintaining office supplies, sorting and distributing mail, prioritizing and managing the flow of information in and out of the manager's office and department, handling confidential information, processing agreements for recordation at county courthouses, preparation of presentations, and other special assignments as needed. This position routinely interfaces with all levels of management, contractors, and internal/external customers. This position requires accuracy and attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, a working knowledge of TMC operations and procedures, ability to work under time constraints, and the ability to multi-task.
