Daily Duties at Sea Change Chiropractic:
• Manage all aspects of the HR function, including development of business and marketing plans, recruitment, hiring and training of staff, budgeting, P&L, scheduling work and activities, establishing policies and procedures, performance evaluation and appraisals, conflict resolution, grievances, and motivation of employees. • Improve efficiency and consistency in operations by researching best practices and implementing standard operating procedures and policies in Human Resources and Operations functions. Train applicable staff and management in use of these procedures. • Uphold participation in educational opportunities and professional organizations to implement and maintain all current Federal and State Employment Law and Safety regulations, including FLMA, ADA, EEO, OSHA, and HIPAA. Provide training to supervisory staff as needed to maintain 100% compliance. • Write and revise Risk and SWOT Analysis to decrease areas of business weakness, and identify strategies that can improve productivity and profit for the company. Create workable budgets based upon business plans developed.
