Daily Duties at Mtl Inc.:
Managed six customer service representatives, three distribution employees, two staff members in provisioning and an Operator. Improved service levels along 10 KPI’s, measured both internally and externally. Initiated detailed electronic management reports; delegated error free disbursements, created daily financial and backlog reports and assumed leadership role for Quality Control, Inventory Control and annual Cost Setting from Vice President of Operations.
