Daily Duties at Jaltrans Inc:
Oversee the Accounts Receivable and Account Payable Department. Supervise the month end close process. Prepare all adjusting entries, consolidating entries and the company wide financial statements. Perform monthly budget variance analysis of all the domestic branches. Manage all insurance policies including the annual renewal process. Prepare and coordinate all the necessary documentation and supporting work papers for all the domestic branches for the annual 401K and external independent audits.
