Daily Duties at Oklahoma State University:

 Develop, implement and maintain University, State, and Federal Affirmative Action plans and reporting systems.  Counsel with President and other administrators about affirmative action issues;  Provide input and direction regarding University personnel actions.  Provide leadership and assistance to Affirmative Action Committee and Departmental Affirmative Action Coordinators.  Develop programs and training pertaining to Affirmative action and Multiculturalism;  Maintain advisory relationship with OSU extended campuses.  Conduct investigations, process complaints, advise employees and students regarding rights.
