Daily Duties at Oklahoma State University:
Develop, implement and maintain University, State, and Federal Affirmative Action plans and reporting systems. Counsel with President and other administrators about affirmative action issues; Provide input and direction regarding University personnel actions. Provide leadership and assistance to Affirmative Action Committee and Departmental Affirmative Action Coordinators. Develop programs and training pertaining to Affirmative action and Multiculturalism; Maintain advisory relationship with OSU extended campuses. Conduct investigations, process complaints, advise employees and students regarding rights.
