Daily Duties at Morehead State University:
Develop, implement and maintain University Affirmative Action Plan, and State and Federal reporting systems. Counsel with President and other administrators about affirmative action issues. Provide input and direction regarding University personnel actions. Provide leadership and assistance to Affirmative Action Committee/Campus Environment Team. Develop programs and training pertaining to Affirmative Action and Multiculturalism. Maintain advisory relationship with MSU extended campus centers. Conduct investigations, process complaints, and advise employees and students regarding rights. Represent the University at Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education Committee on Equal Opportunity by preparing reports, attending meetings, and working with Council staff on the 1997 –2002 Kentucky Plan on Equal Opportunities
