Computer Systems/Operator Perot Systems/Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Boston, MA 2005-2010 • Provided production services to company employees and clients • Scheduled, loaded, ran, maintained, and completed regularly scheduled tape backups and production jobs during night shift to enable company employees to access data flow • Started, stopped, or put projects on hold based on customer requests • Maintained two computer operation centers in two different locations • Collected finished work and provided in-house or outside storage services as needed
