Maintain operating systems Maintain operating systems and back-up tapes from storage and provide correct back-ups for daily work Computer/Systems Operator CDI IT Solutions (contractor), West Virginia 2010 • Schedule, load and run tapes for production systems • Work overnight shift to provide job production using Argent Job Scheduler to track production and assure successful job completion • Contact on-call personnel to troubleshoot/correct issues, re-run job or contact client to determine job status • Use Autosys or Autosys to observe and monitor whether all jobs have been completed • Determine whether jobs should be started, stopped, put on hold, or deleted, as well as to add jobs to the system • Send completed jobs to clients or to storage as required and provide job tickets for service
