Daily Duties at Miami Dade County Public Schools:
Collaborate all daily operations with Principal. Coordinate and oversee related school activities such as student counseling, transportation, purchase course materials custodian supplies and office supplies. Interact with students, parents, and staff. Provide motivation and mentoring to new personnel. Collaborate with developing curriculum and budgets. Responsible for supervision and discipline of students and supervision and, evaluation of teachers and support staff. In addition, responsibilities also included overseeing facilities and Improved Palm Springs Middle school two (2) letter grades from a letter grade of a “C” the first year to a letter grade of a “B”. The following year the school received a letter grade of an “A”. Additionally, the school made learning gains for the 2007-2009 school years. Establish policies and procedures designed to enhance the learning experience while ensuring the safety of all staff and students.
