To blunt impact of the economic down-turn, created new map concepts focused on Homeowners’ Associations that would generate new revenue streams. Using personally developed mock-ups, collaborated with local Homeowners’ Associations to refine new maps before their successful introduction into the market. Results: New maps generated $40K new revenue, replacing business lost in the downturn. By holding contract personnel accountable, motivated them to maintain level of sales activity and creatively engaging new opportunities. Maintained team focus by challenging them to improve and by placing emphasis on training. Results: Team pulled together and bolstered sales efforts, allowing company to maintain a steady stream of revenue in the face of a difficult economic period.
