• Provided oversight, field assistance to technicians and background research for groundwater and soil remediation at Superfund sites in Delaware and Pennsylvania. • Maintained and analyzed system data and made recommendations as part of system modifications compliant with all state regulations and EPA guidelines. • Wrote timely monitoring, operations, maintenance and progress reports for treatment systems in operation. • Conducted complex research and analysis of Dover Air Force Base storm water data, utilizing available weather data, to estimate BOD generation and recommend improvements in deicing and sampling practices.
