• Project Manager for On-Call Engineering Services Contract with the County of Goochland. Responsible for assisting Client in defining scope of works; writing work orders and developing budget/ schedules. • Project lead for key wastewater initiatives designed to improve overall system operation and efficiency. • Responsible for field investigations, developing site plans, writing design specifications, evaluating alternatives and making recommendations for numerous sewer rehabilitation projects and combined sewer separation designs for the City of Richmond. • Estimate rehabilitation costs, review engineering budgets and submit reports for proposed design alternatives.
