Daily Duties at Long And Foster Real Estatate:
• Diagnose, repair, upgrade, configure and maintain Desktops, Laptops, and Server PCs • Proficient in the installation, use, and configuration of Microsoft operating systems; Windows XP / 7 and Server • LAN / WAN Administration, install and configure TCP/IP settings • Ability to install and configure Microsoft Office programs along with other various types of software • Test different types of software used in troubleshooting computers • Can fix multiple problems dealing with missing or corrupted system files, and repairing of the Window’s registry • Recover hard drive data and create system back-ups • Set up and configure both the hardware and software used to implement Internet/Web based systems for customers • Monitor the health and performance of servers and networking that are used for Internet/Web systems
