Maintained accounting records, general ledger, accounts payable and receivable. Produced monthly financial statements and management reports. Produced monthly client billing statements using Timeslips Software. Generated semi-monthly payroll and quarterly and annual payroll tax returns. Prepared account analysis, adjusting entries and tax returns for approval by CPA. Created manual for accounting procedures.
