Maintained accounting records from general ledger to producing financial statements using Peachtree (an integrated accounting program) including updating accounts payable and accounts receivable. Forecasted and maintained annual and monthly budgets. Reconciled corporate and trust accounts. Produced monthly billing statements for clients using Timeslips Software. Compiled and produced monthly management reports for productivity and profit analysis. Generated semi-monthly payroll and quarterly and annual payroll tax returns. Prepared account analysis, adjusting entries and write-up documentation and corporate\partenership tax returns for approval by CPA. Handled personal accounts for several partners.
