Daily Duties at Coca Cola Enterprises:
Supervised the division Cost Department that consists of a Cost Accountant and a General Accountant. Direct inventory management and control by reviewing inventory variances and losses, ensuring the balancing of sales between subsidiary systems, and review of various inventory movements. Coordinate the monthly inventory close. Assist in production center internal audit control evaluations and inventory independent counts for the division. Managed the division’s cost of goods through maintaining the SAP (Cost/Inventory) system which includes updating the sourcing or raw material cost changes. Prepare weekly analysis of manufacturing and cost of goods variances for senior management related to usage, mix and loss. Worked with other divisions to ensure timely costing and balancing of inter-company cost charges. Prepared the Cost Plan for 9 Sales Centers and 3 Production Centers. Provided support to the Division for SAP as the division Super-user and Implementation Coordinator. Ensures compliance to CCE Standard accounting manual and other Company policies. Prepared account analysis and reconciliation, journal entries and financial reports including monthly operating reports and quarterly and year-end corporate reporting packages for three production centers. Report financial results of Operations to Junior and Senior Management. Management reporting enhancements included the creation of an Access model to provide rate/mix analysis by branch that rolls into a division total, development of an IRR model to assess the financial impact of production capital projects, updated loss reporting that provides trend analysis and a pivot-table that provides details related to inter or intra company charges.
