Daily Duties at Coca Cola Enterprises:

Develop and maintain the sourcing matrices and transportation matrix for new and existing materials. Create and implement contingency planning for products from origin to final destinations. Communicate sourcing matrices and contingency plans to management teams. Collaborate with engineering team to design sourcing matrices for budgeting purposes that incorporate capital updates within the BU’s facilities. Identify opportunities, provide analysis and make recommendations for the consolidation of production or transportation lanes within two Business Units. Develop and maintain standard Supply Chain reporting and Key Business Indicators, usually specialized reporting. Responsible for analysis support and reporting for operation, transportation and warehouse functions to include planning, forecasting, cost analysis and inventory analysis. Facilitate financial review of transportation, operation and warehouse results and work with division management to provide analytical support to issues identified through the review process. Regional resource for TR Budget, PAZ Model, SAP Legacy, SAP Pinnacle and Manufacturing Forecasting. Continually developing an open line of communication with Supply Chain Management, Operations Management and Plant contacts to ensure that the defined goals for the Business Unit and Corporate Objectives are maintained.
