Daily Duties at Johnson Controls:

Assumed project management responsibility for the Global Supplier Data Master project, automating manual paper workflow process to manage vendor information across the across the enterprise of a Fortune 100 company. Entered the project as QA testing phase began for first production release. Currently planning and aligning resources for subsequent releases that will introduce Oracle MDM technology and integrate with Oracle BPM, in addition to managing the delivery of the current release. Quickly established productive working relationships with business and technical management teams, infrastructure, application development, data architecture, QA and training teams. Managing project resources, both internal and external. Maintain and communicate project timelines and status reports. Facilitate issue and conflict resolution.

Less important to you are stability of the organization, the length of time an organization has been in business, and the business' plans for the future. You prefer a fast-moving company that will take risks to achieve its goals and objectives. The length of time the company has been in business is irrelevant. Maintaining status quo is unnecessary. You thrive on change, uncertainty and the upside of potential business risks, especially those associated with innovation. Stability for the long haul is not nearly as important as is working in an atmosphere that is charged with a sense of urgency and constant change.
