Supervised staff of intake and Admissions Department. Monitored admission process from telephone referrals to admission assignments; evaluated documentation related to each admission. Responsible for staffing, hiring, orientationa nd evaluation of team members. Resolved difficulties in conversation of referrals to admissions. Standardized orientation program for new admission staff.Participated in strategic planning and census development meetings. Collaborated with other Team Leaders to ensure staffing for after hours and emergency admisssions. Inserviced other Hospice staff as to changes made in admissions process. Collaborated with referral sources to meet changing expectations.
