Daily Duties at Couch Tomato Cafe:
I was responsible for managing customer satisfaction, take-out and delivery orders, and overseeing the 10 employees. I began as an associate and was promoted to manager after three weeks of employment. I helped increased efficiency of delivery routes by implementing greater communication between delivery drivers and kitchen staff. As a manager I trained and introduced all new employees to Aloha POS systems and familiarized them with the Couch Tomato menu and eventually tested their knowledge on. I directed customer service by handling complaints and compliments. I also helped lower labor rate by scheduling employees for appropriate times.
