Develop and maintain manufacturing operations & business plans for 200 union employees inside 13,500 sq.ft. Facility. Ensures all established costs, quality and delivery commitments are met. Reviews reports and directs the resolution of operational and financial issues to ensure minimal budget variances and prevent operational delays. Conduct Monthly Reviews with Stockholders that covers P&L/Budget variances, QIT, Cost Reduction Programs and Business Plans.
