Daily Duties at Tegrant :
Manage a whole “green”, profitable and safe production operation among 75 employees on a 5,000 sq.ft. Facility. Control critical business processes including Production Planning & Execution, QA, Compliance Affairs, Inventory Management, Logistics/Customs, MRO and Indirect Material Purchasing. Work close with Engineering, Executive Sales and Manufacturing Plants across USA and Mexico. Conduct Monthly Reviews with Plant Manager, Regional Quality Chief & COO that covers P&L, CAR’s, QIT, Projects Cycle Life, Goal Attainment, Cost Reduction Programs and CapEx. Develop Customer Presentations/Plant Tours to expose our capabilities vs. competitors.
