Daily Duties at Tony Lama Boots :
Entire responsible for Quality, On Time Delivery & Cost for 5K pairs/wk. Manage a workforce of 120 employees on a 10,700 sq.ft plant assuring a safe and profitable operation. Work close/building relationships with Scheduling, Corporate/Sales executives. Conduct Weekly Reviews with Plant Manager that covers P&L, Safety, production capabilities, staffing, new projects, goal attainment, cost reduction and CapEx.
