Daily Duties at Carolina Equities, Inc.:
Responsible for all overseeing of operations of a 136 unit apartment complex. Which included processing of all rental and credirt applications and iinitiating legal actionon all delinquent accounts. Played vital role in keeping property 100% occupied. Coordinated and supervised all maintenance activities along with monitoring all 25 employees and they're respective duties onthe property.
