1990 Joined Compass Group South Africa Assistant Food Service Director – Superfoods Factory 1990 Assistant Food Service Director St Charles College 1991-1992 Food Service Director St Annes Hospital 1992-1993 Food Service Director Edendale Hospital 1994 Project Manager University of Lesotho 1995 Project Manager Escourt Hospital 1996 Project Manager Edendale Hospital 1996 –2000 Promoted to District Manager – Newcastle (running office) Running 15 contracts ranging from Schools, Factories and Correctional Facilities 2000 With sectorization I became a District Manager in Business & Industry – 15 contracts in a 600km radius 2002 Gained Rainbow Chickens as a national account on a two year basis, turnover in excess of R10 000 000 per annum. 2003 Transferred to Compass USA, Eurest at Microsoft as Food Service Director overseeing café 26 and 27. 2004 Promoted up to General Manager Philips Medical Systems 2006 Promoted to Project Manager with Eurest at Microsoft Overseeing and implementing local brands in the café’s. 2007 to 2010 Transferred back to Operations as Operations Manager Overseeing multiple café’s with Eurest at Microsoft and overseeing the Bellevue District in Seattle Washington. 2010 to Date Promoted to District Manager National accounts.
