• Maintained and managed the general ledger accounts including preparation all of the bookkeeping entries into the general ledger using QuickBooks. • Responsible for preparation of the firm’s Consolidated Financial Statements, and budget reports. • Responsible for the accounting by division, for payroll, inventory, futures profit and losses, expense accounts and intercompany accounts. • Managed the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable accounts, including the sending of statements to customers. • Managed daily Cash and Loan balances, and generating checks and wire transfers. • Maintained collateral pool records, including the financing of documents with banks and bank credit line reports. • Responsible for calculating trading profit and losses for physical commodities and futures. • Gathered information needed to prepare the company’s tax returns
