Daily Duties at Keane Inc.:
from 1999 - 2000 Responsible for application file conversion and testing on two Y2K projects at University of South Florida and Indiana State Agency. Gathered and reviewed business and data requirements needed for Y2K file revision with the developers. Implemented program changes in the test environment and delivered the revised (Y2K) files to downstream applications for further testing, thus avoiding issues in the production environment after the actual conversion. from 1994 - 1999 Ensured daily batch jobs were set up properly, executed on time and completed successfully. Compared test results to current production to identify that we produced the desired results. Documented the daily test environment functions and developed a ‘Test Log Book’ containing procedures, parameter set-up for the job execution and run logs to track the cyclical set-up for the application
