Daily Duties at The Nielsen Company:
Lead SQA on several projects for the National Division concerning Customer Reports. Participated in the requirement gathering process together with Business Analysts and Developers. Developed Test Plans and Test Cases using stakeholder approved requirements. Managed meetings with all project stakeholders together for requirement validation and functionality approval. As SQA Lead on several projects, I directed both on-site and off-shore test teams. Reported defects directly to Developers to keep projects on target by working closely with them during the correction process.
