Owner's representative. Management of office, industrial, and distribution centers. Develop and coordinate project scopes, budgets, and schedules. Manage project teams of contractors, architects, and engineers. Qualify contractors, bids, and contracts. Conduct weekly meetings. Coordinate protocol for environmental abatements. Review and approve change orders and invoices.
