Daily Duties at Miles Construction:
Manage multiple off and industrial projects. Manage construction team of subs, architects, engineers. Develop and coordinate project scope and proforma budgets. Monitor design prgress. Review and approve invoices for payment, change order submittals, RFI's. Manage and control budgets. Qualify subcontractor bids. Trouble shoot. Conduct weekly meetings with team. Coordinate project closeout packages. Liaison between owners, subcontractors, tenants. Select interior and exterior finishes.
