Daily Duties at Gateway Group One:

Account Management:  Actively canvassed community for sales opportunities and consistently secured approx. four new client accounts each month.  Resolved and /or orchestrated all clients’ issues or concerns regarding invoice processing and billing operational issues.  Proactively anticipated upcoming concerns/events in a client’s lifecycle and worked with assigned clients to prevent/mitigate. Teamwork, Leadership and Planning:  Recognized team members’ roles, responsibilities, strengths and weaknesses in order to improve and optimize virtual team effectiveness.  Aligned day-to-day operation with the company’s vision and communicated to external clients.  Modeled and instilled team building skills (e.g., conflict resolution, role clarification, effective communication, goal setting).  Demonstrated thought leadership to customer. Developed and aligned team goals with organizational objectives. Customer and Client Relations / Service:  Measured and communicated Value Delivered to customer to ensure strengths of relationship.  Built and maintained relationships with management and decision makers.  Acted as arbitrator among students, parents and faculty members to bring about prompt problem resolution.  Identified the fundamental components of delivering a positive customer experiences.  Evaluated the effectiveness of service delivery and the impact on customer satisfaction. Addressed and resolved a variety of customer complaints and inquiries in a timely, effective and courteous manner.
