Daily Duties at Apollo Group, Inc:
•Coach and advise employees and managers on established organizational polices to ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations •Monitor and implement applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conduct investigations, maintain records, and represent the organization at hearings •Negotiate and resolve employee issues through progressive disciplinary action •Screen employment applications for potential candidates for all level positions •Provide processing and procedural information and guidelines to managers and supervisors as it relates to personnel action documents and processes •Develope and provid resources to support, educate, and develop employees throughout the organization
