Oversaw project / safety operations, site superintendents, and employees. Generated plans to achieve or surpass budget, OSHA safety, quality, and scheduling goals. Ensured adherence to OSHA guidelines and sufficiency of team training. Ensure USACOE project safety are in compliance with EM-385. Developed and maintained schedules for all phases of projects. Obtained change orders as necessary. Built productive relationships with owners, engineers, architects, and contractors (including securing of contracts). Drafted pay requests and documentation for the procurement of materials and supplies.
