• Estate manager for Mr. Wayans. • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotel accommodations and ground transportation. • Managed and maintained Mr. Wayans personal and business calendar and scheduling appointments. • Direct communication with Attorneys, Agents, Managers, Publicists, Studio and Network Executives, Travel Agents and Venues. • Participated in all phases of planning, organization and development, of road shows and venues. • Interfaced with elite domestic and international media, studio and network executives on significant TV and feature film projects. • Responsible in negotiating and purchasing residential and industrial real estate, furnishings, automobiles, etc. • Hired all estates personnel; chefs, housekeepers, bookkeepers, accountants, contractors, attorneys, assistants, etc. • Proof read and advised on legal documents.
