Daily Duties at Ges:
• Coordinated purchasing to support all operational needs, and month end reconciliation. Coordinated monthly accruals, processed monthly electrical commissions. • Processed and expedited all exhibitor orders. Coordinated the ordering of specialty furniture for exhibitors and associations, all carpet orders from GES carpet depot, organized employee luncheons and special functions. • Tele-marketed shows to increase revenue. Initiated contact with exhibitor (pre-show and post-show) to assist with exhibitor set up and dismantle, inbound & outbound logistics needs, while providing exceptional service in the office and on the show floor. • Assisted in co management of electrical client at WSCTC. Meeting and exceeding customer expectations. • Maintained account requirements according to contract by overseeing electrical services for client and exhibiting clients. Minimized OT by staff with effective management of account & revenue.
