Supervise account service department including the alignment with agency resource with agency growth and profitability strategies. Collaborate with the agency’s executive team to develop P&L projections and subsequent oversight for departmental P&L. Creative brand and position strategy formulation on all agency accounts. Comprehensive communications planning. Insightful market, industry and competitive research design and analysis.
