Daily Duties at Service Magic:
Establish foundational performance metrics methodology and implement ongoing analysis and reporting on key initiatives. Establish brand health strategies including the development of a process for defining and capturing customer share of wallet and lifetime value metrics. Develop complete annual service professional communications plan. Negotiate and implement key trade partner co-marketing calendars. Establish trade event strategy focused on positioning the company as industry thought leader. Trade event activation and optimization delivered pre, during and post event. Targeted sales campaign execution. Conceive and develop trade partner value-add package including productizing proprietary industry data and trend analysis, developing a lead management education series consisting of webinars and podcasts and overseeing the development of white papers. Establish and implement the company’s B2B social media communications plan including Twitter, Blog and Facebook initiatives along with reporting strategies including HootSuite and Google Analytics. Develop and execute SEM and display advertising campaigns, including trafficking through DART.
