• New Business Development: made first contacts with potential clients, built proposals and acted as liaison throughout the new client process • Strategy: developed programs based on core competencies to increase bottom-line sales for clients • Account Management: key account manager for new and existing accounts • Project Management: implemented all programs for my clients from beginning to end including budgets, sourcing, purchasing, logistics, execution of programs, and reporting results to include ROI • Sales Team Training: trained sales teams on new marketing programs and sales incentive programs for various clients • Team Building: employed and trained talent to represent various clients at events • Budget and ROI Responsibility: I was personally responsible for the development, approval, and maintenance of all project budgets and was required to report results/ROI to each client
