Sales and service of building materials to residential and commercial contractors and developers Identify potential clients for cold call program and identify needs and solutions to their building material products and services Estimated quantities to develop budget for customer and projected inventory turnover Cross sell wide range of product mix and finalize to close the sale to meet or exceed projected goals Adhere to strict follow-up techniques to produce future repeat business and referrals’ Network target market through association meetings and business relationships Exceeded personal year end goals on an average of 10% each year Organized and prepared for biweekly status meetings Trained new sales personnel Assisted Manager in all aspects of planning, motivation, projections and quotas
