Project Engineer (2003-2010) • Manage all engineering and technical phases of activities from design stage to conclusion ensuring project is completed per specifications, meeting all standards and requirements, within budget and on-time. • Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography,specifications,contract documents and all other data to ensure all issues are covered and deficiencies and omissions are addressed. • Serve as company representative interfacing with all levels of clients, trades, public officials, architects, contractors, engineers, public officials and clients addressing all project needs and communicating key points. • Ensure project design meets all applicable standard codes and take into account maintenance, efficiency, and other economic concerns guaranteeing the completed project endures through years of use. • Oversee project planning, preconstruction services, pre-cast concrete structures and other required materials; manage actual construction including work on surveying, structural engineering and materials engineering. • Manage budget, bidding, and cost control regarding labor, materials and equipment rentals. • Coordinate and supervise up to 40 staff including general foremen, carpenters, mechanics, and electricians. • Prepare/complete punch lists, oversee site clean-up, provide as-built drawings, owner materials, guarantees, etc.
