Daily Duties at Mc Kinsey & Company:
Manage, mentor and coach Finance Program Managers and Business Analysts. Act as a lisason between the Business community and the IT Group. Oversee all technical and process improvement projects are completed on time, on budget and deliver the intended business impact. Particpate in post project reviews and ensure where applicable improvements are made to the appropriated processess.
